NAVIORA Individual

Simple tools for places, paths and getting back.

Everything in NAVIORA Individual is built around one idea: you should always be able to return to the places that matter.

Walking only, for now

The current version of NAVIORA Individual supports walking journeys only. Saving places, recording your path, retracing it and the shortest walking route are designed and tested for travel on foot. Vehicle-based features, such as driving, are planned for a future version and are not available yet.

Return

Choose how you go back

Pick a saved place or recorded route, then decide: retrace your recorded walking path, or take the shortest walking route to the same destination.

  • Retrace your exact recorded path
  • Or take the shortest walking route
  • Follow the selected route to arrive

The key difference

Retracing a recorded route vs the shortest route

Both take you to the same destination. The difference is the path you follow to get there.

Option 1

Retrace your recorded route

Go back along exactly the path you recorded, with every street and turn you took on the way there.

A good choice when

  • You want the familiar way you came
  • The route you took matters to you
  • You prefer no surprises on the way back

Option 2

Take the shortest route

Head to the same destination by the shortest available walking route, instead of repeating every turn of the original journey.

A good choice when

  • The way you came was not the most direct
  • You just want to get back efficiently
  • You would rather not repeat every turn
